What is “Doorstep Photography”?
Doorstep photography is a new and interesting trend, born under these unprecedented circumstances. With the lockdown and social distancing measures in place, some photographers around the world have started to offer short, contactless photo shooting sessions, right in front of people’s houses. The photographer meets them literally on their doorstep, where the shooting takes place from a safe distance, and delivers the photos digitally.
In our case, we’re lucky enough to be based in a lovely, pedestrian-friendly area, meaning that we aren’t actually restricted to the doorstep. We can take full advantage of the gorgeous views of Canary Wharf, the river Thames and lake St. Nicholas, for example!
Support the NHS
In these crazy times, the NHS staff have been fighting on the frontline to save thousands of lives. It’s truly a heroic effort and we all owe them. That’s why we decided to donate 40% of all earnings from doorstep photo shoot sessions to the NHS. So we can have fun, remember these moments in a positive way, and do something good in the process!
PLEASE NOTE: due to the nature of this sessions, we are only able to offer these conditions to local residents, within walking distance from our studio in SE28 0GB – let’s say, up to 30 minutes walk. Please get in touch if you are based elsewhere in London but are still interested: the terms can be discussed case-by-case.
